Privacy

This page explains what information this website collects and what we do with it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

When you call, text or stop by to book an appointment, we ask for your name, phone number and details about your vehicle so we can schedule and confirm your visit.

Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit, such as the pages you view and the type of device and browser you use. We use this to understand how the site is used and to keep it working well. We do not sell this information and we do not use it to identify you personally.

Calls and texts

If you call or text the shop, we use your number only to respond to you and to follow up about your vehicle. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply to texts.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies for analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (408) 298-7777 or stop by the shop at 222 Keyes St, Unit 104, San Jose, CA 95112.

Changes
