How our website and our text messages work, in plain language.
These terms cover our website, ltbmcarspa.com, and the text messages described below. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Requests, estimates and prices
- A request is not a booked time. When you send a request through our website, we reach out during business hours to confirm a time with you.
- Estimate first. Before we do any work on your car, we give you a written estimate and ask for your approval.
- Prices and deals. Each price and deal on this site comes with its own terms, shown with it. Nothing on this page changes them.
- Warranty. Our repairs come with the LTBM Limited Warranty. The full terms are on our Warranty page.
- General information. Car-care tips and answers on this site are general information, not a diagnosis of your car. For advice about your car, ask us to take a look.
Text messages
We send texts only to people who have agreed to get them or who text us first. Our texts do not include deals or other advertising.
LTBM staff alerts
These texts are for members of our team only.
- What they are. Texts from LTBM Auto Service Center to team members who sign up: one text for each new service request sent through our website, with a link to open it.
- How to sign up. In our website editor, a team member enters their own mobile number, ticks the box for text alerts and types in the code we text to that number.
- How often. Message frequency varies with the number of requests we receive.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop. Reply STOP to any alert. You get one text confirming it, and then the alerts stop. You can also turn text alerts off in the editor, or ask us to stop them.
- For help. Reply HELP, or call (408) 298-7777.
For all our texts
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not share mobile numbers or texting consent with anyone for their marketing. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
If you give us your email address, we may email you about your request. Our monthly deals email goes only to people who ask for it, and every one has a link to unsubscribe.
Other websites
The map on our pages comes from Google Maps, and Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to it. Our pages also link to other websites, such as Google Maps for directions. Those websites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
